Further to my discussion on Monday, enclosed is the confirmation of the treatment for Hire Purchase.

Only capital instalment incurred in YA 2009 and YA 2010 would qualify for Accelerated Capital Expenditure at IA 20% and AA 80%.

Please look through and understand the 3 examples enclosed.
